
Osiris Kitchen is a family-owned business founded by husband and wife Chef team Christopher and Willow Stewart-Pierre who collectively bring over 50 years of experience in the restaurant/hotel/catering industries. Their mission is to uphold their standards for excellence and bring their creativity in entertaining and celebrating with food to this rural setting. The partners have moved away from the larger metropolitan centers known for world class dining and nightlife and now wish to offer their services here in the beautiful and serene Niagara region.
Individually; Willow is a seasoned chef with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in Canadian cities such as Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal. She has been invited repeatedly as a guest Pastry teacher at Pearson School of Culinary Arts, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to the excellence of her craft. Additionally, Willow has worked as a cooking and baking instructor at Summit School for the neuro diverse community and has mentored many cooking/pastry students and recent graduates along the way. Her extensive background and dedication make her a trusted leader in the kitchen and a valued mentor in the culinary community. Her most recent position as Executive Pastry Chef of JEGantic Hospitality group having been the most ambitious project and rewarding challenge to date. Building the department from the ground up and managing the menu design, dessert production and delivery for multiple world class supper clubs and restaurants that hosted corporate events, special events and dining services.
Christopher is also a highly experienced chef  with his career having started in the hospitality industry...with Hilton Hotels, the Sutton Place Group and Signature Vacation's in downtown Toronto. In search of furthering his career, he relocated to Montreal to expand his culinary knowledge. He began as Chef of a renowned Irish Pub and went on to work for numerous other successful restaurant and hotel groups in Montreal.   Throughout these experiences, Christopher received a multitude of positive food reviews and local media recognition over the years. His dedication to creativity and tireless pursuit of excellence is what contributes to making memorable dining experiences for all to enjoy.
With passion, skill and culinary expertise, they promise to offer seasonal and locally sourced foods for locals and visiting tourists. Their primary focus is offering catering and private chef services with class and refinement. The goal is to become a staple in the community and to uphold the high standards and values people have come to expect from them as Chefs.
